The Prettiest College Campuses, According to TripAdvisor

The college experience is more than purely academic. This 4-year adventure can offer lifelong friends and contacts and often, several adventures to check off the bucket list. Clearly, the experience at college is a transformational one. When families go on college tours (sometimes, all over the country), some initial reactions always have to do which how a campus looks and feels—a reaction that can’t be manufactured merely by scrolling on a school’s website or even on a virtual tour. Amidst the stress that all too often comes along with college applications and admissions, sometimes one of the most “fun” filters to factor into a campus tour experience is the ultimate curb appeal and location of the campus itself. Clearly, we’re not the only ones who think so. We’ve recently curated a list, put forth by the team at TripAdvisor of the prettiest college campuses in the country. This list is not only a welcome relief from merely comparing entering SAT/ACT scores or winning sports team seasons, but also is an opportunity to glance at certain campuses around the country that might not yet be on your family’s radar. Below, we share TripAdvisor’s top 10 picks for the “prettiest” college campuses around the U.S., and add our own commentary on the academic rankings of each school.
